Q: How do I create an account on CourtReserve (CR)
A: Use https://tinyurl.com/DINKERPB to sign up then download the CourtReserve app from your Apple / Play store and log in.
Q: What if I already have an account with CR?
A: Great, log into your app, click More > My Organizations > Join Organization, and search “Dinkers Indoor” and complete the form.
Q: What if I don’t know what tier/level I want yet?
A: You can jump in a guest membership / Bronze and decide later, make sure you add your payment option and information however as all payments will be going through this app at the time of court reserve and sign-up.
Q: How do I change from Bronze to another tier?
A: Go to ‘My Membership’ > Click Change Membership and select your preferred tier upgrade.
Q: Can I upgrade my membership if I use it more than anticipated? I don’t see the option to do so.
A: Yes, you can upgrade to a higher membership level. However, downgrades are only allowed after your yearly commitment ends. Bronze members can upgrade
as instructed above. All other membership levels must contact us directly to upgrade.
Q: Can we pay at Dinkers using Venmo or Cash?
A: No, our current method of punch cards with Venmo or cash is all being updated to CR where all reservations and court times, fees are handled directly.
Q: What if I still have punches left on my punch card?
A: You can turn in unused punch cards and your CR will be fully credited for any unused punches ($3 per punch) and that credit will go against any charges you incur until the funds run out and your payment choice is used.
Q: Why is a yearly commitment required but there is a monthly price provided?
A: You have to commit to a year from Jan 1st til Dec 31st each year however payment options for that membership can be a lump sum in monthly installments / or a payment plan if you wish.
Q: What if I get injured, can I get a refund / cancel my membership?
A: It is for a full year so if you need to take time off to rest or heal then we will take into account for how long and we are open to discussions depending on individual needs.
Q: I only see credit card payment options, can we attach a checking account?
A: ACH can only be added AFTER you create the account. To avoid being charged before your account is attached create a bronze account (with no membership fee), log in, and then add your checking account, and at that time change your membership to the one you desire.
Q: How do I attach my checking/bank account (ACH)?
A: In the app, click ‘payment profi les > create > bank account
Q: Can I use FSA / HSA for my pickleball membership?
A: This is a bit complex as it involves getting a letter from your doctor proving the medical necessity for this expense and then clearing it with the HSA administrator.
Q: Can I use a Medicare Advantage plan? Or could you apply it to my employer's benefits plan?
A: You can, depending on how yours is set up, review your policy closely to determine if your provider reimburses for pickleball membership. We will provide membership receipts of payment to prove membership if your insurance provider is required.
Q: How can I add a family member to my couples membership?
A: In your account, go to the menu, select Family > Add new family member
Q: What about the 3% service fee if I cancel within the allotted time or Dinkers cancels a session due to weather?
A: If you or Dinkers cancel an event, your payment will be credited to your Dinkers account instead of your credit card. This credit will automatically be applied to your next event registration or membership payment, with no service fee on the credited amount. Any remaining balance charged to your credit card will include the service fee.
